About this event

This workshop is designed to encourage you to reflect on what you already know and how you bring that prior learning into a problem-solving moment. Based on scenarios (where there really is no wrong answer) we’ll be exploring how you can pull together different sections of your experiential knowledge. Through group discussion we’ll map out a range of ways of addressing problematic moments in both the short and longer term.

Faciliated by Guy de Villiers

Educator, musician and researcher, Guy has navigated life journeys between three different countries mostly working in not-for-profit contexts. During that time he has explored how to build networks of problem solving solutions by developing a strong blend of coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills applied to organisational theory and a business context. Currently Guy’s research interests lie in how faith organisations can respond to generational change – plenty of problems to consider in that space.
